One of the elements affecting in the conveyor belt system is the resistance with wear-corrosion and friction between the lagging and the belt. The steel is the structural material most lined with rubber. In alliance with Rema Tip Top North America in Salt Lake City, Utah, we can also offer the lining using Autoclave process for Agitators Shafts, Conveyor Pulleys, Pipes, Baffles, Trommels, Tanks, Vessels, Chutes, etc.. Constructions that are either too large or unable to be relocated to be vulcanized in our autoclaves, can be lined and cured on site.
PULLEY LAGGING
We provide an assistance and service to re-lagging on site to reduce maintenance savings, less down-time, and more production. We can remove the old pulley from site, inspect, quote new or repair, the installation of new lagging. We select the best materials like REMAGRIP, REMALINE and REMASLEEVE combined with SC2000 or SC4000 cements, offering the best results creating the correct adhesion between the pulley and the rubber.
CERAMIC LINERS
Have a proven history of being highly effective and long-lasting in mining equipment such as chutes, hoppers, transfer points and conveyor with extreme operating conditions involving high drop heights, extreme velocities and severe abrasion.
