In alliance with Rema Tip Top North America in Salt Lake City, Utah, we can also offer the lining using Autoclave process for Agitators Shafts, Conveyor Pulleys, Pipes, Baffles, Trommels, Tanks, Vessels, Chutes, etc.. Constructions that are either too large or unable to be relocated to be vulcanized in our autoclaves, can be lined and cured on site.

We provide an assistance and service to re-lagging on site to reduce maintenance savings, less down-time, and more production. We can remove the old pulley from site, inspect, quote new or repair, the installation of new lagging. We select the best materials like REMAGRIP, REMALINE and REMASLEEVE combined with SC2000 or SC4000 cements, offering the best results creating the correct adhesion between the pulley and the rubber.
